The concept of Em takes inspiration from Matariki,  a special occasion in Aotearoa, New Zealand, the start of the Māori New Year when the Matariki cluster of stars reappears in the night sky.

Like Matariki,  life  transition times like menopause are  a time to reflect on the past, to enjoy the present moment and look forward to the future.

Dr Sasha Nair

Menopause concerns, PMS, PMDD and other issues that affect women* are a large part of our work at ERH Associates.

So much so that we decided to create Em as a space to expand on our services and resources in this area.

PS: look out for more sub-brands like Em from ERH Associates in the future, our way for members of our team to work on different projects to bring a variety of services and resources for different people to life!

f)Em(me) is removing the box around what it means to be feminine and what is “meant for” women in midlife.
